Test & Exam with Accomodation Registration

Submitting via Email

1. Read the information on the Test and Exam Registration Deadlines page, noting the accommodation request deadlines. 2. Complete the PDF Registration Form
(No need to print - fill it out electronically in Acrobat Reader)
3. Using your University of Toronto e-mail account, compose a new e-mail message. 4. Attach the completed registration to the e-mail.

(Include your deferred examination scheduale or other documantation if the registration info says it's required)
5. If you want confirmation of receipt of the completed registration form, indicate this in the body of the e-mail. 6. Send the e-mail message to Test and Exam Services:

Software Requirements
The online registration forms are .pdf files. To be able to fill in the electronic fields in these PDF files, you must have a recent version of acrobat. To download the latest version (free): http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
